Our company has our mold making workshop which enables us to make mold as per customer's requirements successfully.We have 4 CNC mold making machine and EDM equipments.We always regard customer's requirements as prior things,customer can send us 3D or pdf drawings before we quote it,3D drawing is better to be format stp or igs,which are convenient for us to open.Then customer should tell us the material which is used for their project.Our engineers will check and propose which rubber material is best for customer's needs.

Usually leadtime for prototype mold(1 cavity) is 1 week,plus 1 more week in prototyping,usually we can offer our customer their samples in 15 days,with extra delivery time of 3 days to their company,the customer can have samples in 18 days.
